The hotel has a marvellous location to Wadi center. The staff are kind, managed the parking on site. The units were very pretty and tidy where the toilet did flush.
Views are quite bad.

We booked a queen room where the toilet did flush and liked it. Location: the hotel was not far from Wadi center and a great local shop runs by very kind owner, who has docs prices. For short-orders there was Al-Arabi Restaurant, we found it close by...

Spent two nights in a triple room. The dining options were satisfying, with fresh ingredients, made each meal good. The heating system was outdated and excessively noisy, making it hard to rest.

Really easy walking distance to the entrance of Petra. The buffet and breakfasts were very nice.
We left a 'travel pillow' in the room when we checked out. Realising this, we returned but there was no real effort from staff to check the room and find it.

A terrace is why we chose it. The restaurant was located within 500 feet. This hotel is equal to 3 stars.

The location is decent, close to Wadi Musa's center. The lobby and terrace spaces impressed me with their decor and ambiance. I appreciated the fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room. The room itself was a letdown with outdated furniture, an air conditioning unit that barely functioned, and a bathroom that needed updating. Breakfast options were basic, and I found the cooked dishes lukewarm. On one occasion, I had an unsettling experience when the night manager gave a spare key to another guest, who entered my room while I was asleep. This raised serious concerns about room security. The positives are there, but the hotel needs significant upgrades and better staff procedures .

Great facilities staff were always on hand to help. State of room was immaculate and very comfortable.
The restaurant was only open and available during specific hours. Also I think the breakfast should served till at least 10am instead of 9:30

We visited Wadi Musa with our grown kids, and loved how close the hotel was to Petra. The room was comfy with decent beds.
My kids wished for better dining options for picky eaters.

The location was convenient for accessing local attractions, and the buffet breakfast with made-to-order omelettes was a highlight. The room furnishings felt outdated with too much bulky furniture was nice, and the air conditioning was excessively noisy, disrupting sleep. While the indoor pool added a nice touch, the overall ambiance felt uninviting and could use improvement.

Its close proximity to Petra and reasonable prices.
Although we booked a triple room as we were 3 adults and 1 toddler, the staff had hesitation on showing us the triple room. They tried to flog the twin rooms on the upper floors which looked very old and dull. We persisted and in the end settled for the twin rooms next to the pool which were really good sized, clean and opened to the swimming pool. However, we still don't know how their triple room looks like ! Having said that, we really enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant had good breakfast and staff were courteous.
